Thus, the contacts of the connector are made of high purity 1100 Copper with an IACS rating of 102%. They are also gold plated, protecting them from oxidation while maintaining excellent conductivity. The body of the connector is made of machined 6061 Aluminum and is designed to limit the impact of EMI/RFI interference on the signal.
